Lone Wolf Glock 17l Slide - Hey guys, this is Johnny from Johnny Custom Glocks and I'm very interested in this 17L package that I have that has all the parts for Timberwolf, Lone Wolf. And, a potential client asked me to make a video so they could see what was going on with the gun. Such things and details. And I think it's a great idea because nobody speaks better for things and to see everything here, you know, in video format. So basically, you know, I offer 19 clones, 17, 17L, 34. Right now I can't do a long slide, you know, nothing in 21 bear calibers that makes the frames unavailable. But, I just want to walk you through everything that comes with the package and the pricing and things like that. So you can get an idea of, you know, what you're getting.
Anything in the Lone Wolf catalog, you can see there and browse it by visiting their website. And this is a possible thing. One just wants, you know, the entire slide to be covered in a TIN finish. And we did. You know RMR, here's the FastFire 3 [III], we're just going to use a Glock Mount, but you know RMR, they call them slide melt kits and stuff. anything is possible. So as long as it's on this site or in the catalog, we can do it. Various different backplates, barrels. Here's an original, it's so funny. 9 inch Glock, 9mm aftermarket hunting barrel by Lone Wolf, legal in California. Put it in your 17L and see how accurate you are. Anyway, so I'm going to get my mug over here and get it, actually, what's most important and that's what's in the gun.

And with that here is the Timberwolf frame. And basically it comes with a polymer or aluminum magwell, about $40 difference. I think the frame itself runs around $300. And complete with Lone Wolf means just the locking block and mat, locking block and extension lever. And Spring...[Magazine] Mag Catch Spring and that's it. They don't, they don't really, they don't really have anything beyond that as I think ultimately because they want you to be able to choose yourself, you know, to know. Choose all your parts - a nemo, triggers and whatnot.

So here it is, I'm trying to get as good a shot as I can for detail here. You can see, and this frame also comes with a swollen grip. Take it from here. In addition, it is similar to the 1911 style flat XD type. And in that you know there's a flat grip. And it also has a swollen grip, which should be the easiest to maneuver. So you can see that it is particularly strong against white. Let me move it, let me change it a little bit, because black on black doesn't look very good, does it? We were there. So that's a swollen grip there.
A magazine or most people have 19, I mean 17 magazines or 19 magazines. So they usually don't get magazines. But again, it's up to you.
Raise it a little, fix it a little. Absolutely. Does not matter. So it is. This guy ordered a [Glock] 17 and wanted to polish it. So, you know, I polished it, you know, as best I could without finishing. That is the key. If you go deep, it will rust. So you have to, you know, it's polish on a wheel, it looks good. It's a 17 slide, and it's matte finish. And you can see them close together. You know, there's a pretty significant difference in finish. One holds light, the other does not.
Next is the barrel. This is a Lone Wolf drop-in, no smithing required. It is called blind marked. I have marked them here. So you know, you don't see any kind of lone wolf markings on the sides or anything like that. Some people, $40 is a lot to do, but some people don't like having a bunch of ads on their gun. This gun beats my trigger group to the competition, which is actually the most advanced design. So basically this gun brings around, you know, about 2 pounds, sub-2 pounds, they want a tactical break. Shoot iron with this gun. So that's what he wrote. That is exactly what they are asking for. So this is what we gave them. And it has a, it has a dot connector. I don't know if you can see the dot, it's hard to see there. But really, it's not a Lone Wolf Connector. This is a dot connector. So that's a 4.5 pound connector. And assembly is easy. So you know you have to pay for the locking block.

First, let's cut the trigger and insert it. And as simple as that, it's all ready to rock and roll. So we're going to drop it to the right, as you can see it's going to fall to the right.
Next we go to the locking block. And with that, you know the tolerances on these frames are a little tighter, so it doesn't fly right away. But here are your pins. These pins are also coming. So, the first pin, if any Glock Armorers know, they say, they call it the first pin because it's the first pin you want to put on the gun. And then your own... It comes with an extended slide release. Basically, you shouldn't use an extended release slide. You can release regular slides. This is a Lone Wolf product. The fit and finish and it's really nice, and it works great with their gun. This is the concept behind it.
So we're going to push it and you're going to see it all come very hard, very quickly. And for all that is black on black. And finally, the trigger housing pin. And I don't know if you know this or not, but when you use the corner of these tools, it's designed in such a way that, if you push the corner, it lines up right with the corner in the Glock tool. Let's go deep. A lot of people don't know this, but okay, let's slide the barrel into the slide.
And it has a low ISIM flat coil. It's always best to use a flat coil on Glocks because it fits together like a washer and then it comes up against the locking block. And it's like a return-to-return system. So I'm not really, really a big fan of wound springs. I think you should keep it flat coil. This is how the system is designed. Basically Lone Wolf gives you a small adapter here because of the 17L model. We lowered it to 13 from the factory standard 17, but you can do 15, 13, 11. You can do 9 if you want. So we were inside.
Best Custom Aftermarket Glock Slides [2022 Guide]
This is part of the trigger kit here. This is the safety plunger, fit and finish competition level. So basically, I'm going to put it out there. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. Loaded chamber indicator and extractor, safety plunger assembly, I mean, sorry, extractor assembly, plunger and spring and bearing. And then finally the striker unit.
So this will spring to the 4.5 pound range here. And we all know where it goes now and the old armorer's trick is to put it there to sit. Spring runs, pulls down, and then hopefully you don't have black shag carpet. As Lenny Magill said.
Yes, there you go. So that's what happened. I polished all these things, inside the channel I painted it as well. If you need to do a little lapping, take more time to finish the slide content. If you know, if there's something in this work, if there's something in it, you'll see that there's, I don't know if you'll see the shine of it, you can polish it a little bit so that it's slippery. go It is better to put some oil on them. The actual tabs on which the slide plays, and
