Military Rex Specs
Rex Specs has adopted the best practices used by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to conduct ear testing on dogs to determine the effectiveness of Rex Specs Ear Pro. These tests were performed at low rex spec frequencies because they are difficult to reduce.
Rex Specs Eyewear
Ear testing was performed in a sound room at 95 dB A (white noise). 95dB Examples: tractors, blenders, motorcycles, power tools, Bell UH-1 helicopters. See the graph below for the results. At very low frequencies (20Hz to 120Hz), the Rex Specs Ear Project reduces or reduces noise between 18 dBA and 24 dB A. As the frequency increases, so does the effectiveness of the product.
